- Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.kinziescloset.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. All items under $100.00 are shipped USPS Priority Mail which is 2-3 day standard delivery, however we cannot guarantee postal delivery times. Items $100.00 may be shipped via UPS or FedEX. If you prefer to use a different carrier e-mail us with your request after ordering. Overnight or Next Day shipping is also available at a higher fee, please contact us if this is a desired shipping option.
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of the date the order is placed if in stock. Jerry's Dresses ship within 10-14 business days, Mondor dresses ship in 14 business days and custom dresses may take up to 6 weeks. If your item is backordered we will notify you within 48 hours, and your item will ship as soon as stock is replenished. No additional shipping is charged on back orders. We ship from our own facilities in Georgia, as well as directly from several manufacturers. From time to time, we may automatically substitute an upgraded product or component if the exact item requested is discontinued. We try to work closely with our suppliers to ensure you receive what you order. Please feel free to email us with any questions you may have about the shipping date of your order.
Kinzie's Closet now ships internationally. International shipments require extra shipping time and extra shipping charges will be added at checkout. If your order total is above $350.00 and you are not charged shipping automatically, you will be contacted and payment must be received before the order is shipped. If you have certain conditions that need to be met before your order is shipped, please e-mail us with your request after your order is placed.
Ground shipping is free for orders of more than $350.00 in the Continental US. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are fixed and based on the total order amount. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. In some cases, the charges will not compute automatically and you will notified via email about the shipping charges. You will be notified before your order is processed and before your credit card is charged.
All orders (except items on backorder) which are cancelled after merchandise has been shipped from the manufacturer or after a 24 hour period will be charged a 15% cancellation/restocking fee.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Items are never shipped out on Saturdays and Sundays. When calculating delivery time, Saturday and Sunday are excluded.The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. Kinzie's Closet, LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Returns/Exchanges are for defective merchandise only WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. Returns/Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. All sale items are final. Please check our sizing chart before you order. If accepted, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Skates, Boots and Blades if accepted for return may be exchanged for a different size or for store credit and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Risport boots are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All product returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Any products accepted without an RA number can be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Please contact us at email@example.com for an RA Number. RA Number requests must be received by Kinzie's Closet, LLC within 14 days of receipt of the product by the customer. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If packages are returned to us for any reason except for shipping mistakes on our part or with our express consent, you will be charged for both inbound and outbound shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanged items.
The returned products must be in new, unwashed and un-worn condition and returned in their original and complete packaging. Products with missing or damaged packaging, products returned without an RA Number, or after 14 days will NOT accepted by Kinzie's Closet, LLC. NO EXCEPTIONS!
There are no returns or exchanges on any international orders, on used products, large skate bags (except defective skate bags), boots that have had blades mounted, blades or skates that have been sharpened, custom or made to order items (dresses, skirts, shirts, pants leotards etc.), or products that have been used or worn by the customer. For safety and health reasons, leotards, skating tights, skating safe pads and gloves are not a returnable item under any circumstance. PLEASE BE SURE OF YOUR SIZE BEFORE YOU ORDER!
Note: Skate boxes with shipping labels attached will be considered damaged and a 50% restocking fee WILL BE CHARGED!! Please ship your products inside of some type of packaging.

Kinzie's Closet.com is not responsible for items that do not have a Return Authorization Number or for items that were shipped to any address other than the address for Kinzie's Closet, LLC.
You should expect to receive your refund or exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
